Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your Bayswater Designs purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund (excluding delivery charges) within 14 days of delivery. Returned or exchanged items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact the Bayswater Designs Returns Section at orders@bayswaterdesigns.com to confirm return eligibility before sending items back. In your email, include the reason for return, order number, and product details. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival, in which case Bayswater Designs will cover the cost of replacement shipping. We reserve the right to send a replacement for damaged items before processing a refund.

Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected at our office. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. If eligible, a credit will be issued for the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) after deducting the restocking fee.

Refunds for Credit Card and PayPal purchases will be credited only to the original payment method. Please allow up to 15 days from the date we receive your return for the refund to be processed.
